Fixing a Broken Relationship.

Yep.. The title looks very classy and hyped. Gives really deep and emotional vibe. I felt the need to kind of getting it off my chest. Sharing this with you all sounded like a good idea.

OK that was a very deep introduction and I'm sure you all are very much confused. This was just an attention seeking attempt. Sorry. I am talking about a huge love of mine and I'm sure it's yours too. READING!

This is one of the greatest way to escape the harshness of reality and immerse yourself in a world of personal solitude. Reading is definitely my escape route from anything and everything.

The 21st century world is very much obscure to the idea of reading. We all know that it's because of the tech mayhem we live in. Nobody can keep their eyes of their screens for even a short time.

I'm just gonna say it... I love reading. And it's a fact that I did fall out of the habit for about 2 years. But I'm glad it's back on track again. [Relationship Fixed!]

Reading helps in building our confidence, reduce stress and puts us in a better mood. It also helps in enhancing our imagination and knowledge in various ways.

Even in this day and age of mobile phones and smart screens, we are blessed to have opportunities to read. Kindles and audio books are some ways for the tech savvy and lazy community to get into reading.

Even this blog. The whole point of having a blog is to share the author's personal anecdotes, experiences, opinions and as readers you get to explore through another person's vision and mindset.

Reading good books has a plethora of advantages. It helps in broadening our horizons and having a new outlook on life.

It helps in enriching our vocabulary and language abilities. The more we read, the more we fall in love with it. Reading, in my opinion, is definetely a resort for comfort, relaxation and recreation.

Personally, I am a huge fan of the fictional world. There is nothing better than reading the result of another person's creativity and indulging in a beautiful world that may or may not be far from reality.

Non fictional books are great too. They provide us with more deeper insights, life histories, the reality of the world. It's all a preference.

For me, reading is my Narnia. It's the world where I disappear in, to experience sweetness, away from the harshness of the world. Where I find peace of mind and soul, where I feel anything is possible, where I believe the fragments of my fantasy can be real.

A momentary escape at the end of a hectic day to rejenuvate ourselves is not such a bad idea. And what better approach than to get a book in hand, lay back on a chair, maybe have a cup of coffee and relax. HEAVEN!

As children, who have a long way to go, reading is important. It helps in developing a better persona of creativity and character. It builds a better understanding of the real world where we have to step into on our own.

We all must work towards inculcating reading as a habit. The best way is to start small and with something you can indulge in, rather than picking up the thickest book on the shelf.

And one thing that I would really like to stress on is having a hard copy. There is nothing like having a paperback in your hands when you stroll across words and sentences.

Today, when every info we want is available just one click away, we prefer to be on that track. But I believe one of the reasons why elders encourage the young generation today to read is because they would love to see us put down those screens from our faces.

It is also helps with our health. We spend hours on our smartphones and virtual screens that our health is getting deteriorated enough. So instead of opting for extravagant reading of books through these mediums, we can always buy a hard copy and get a little old school.

So with that, I extend my encouragements to all of you who haven't started this habit yet. And for those who have, to continue the same.
